Terms of Service

Last updated 6 June 2026

These terms form a binding agreement between you and AISIDE OÜ for your use of Viltrum. Please read them before using the service. By creating an account or using Viltrum, you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

Viltrum is operated by AISIDE OÜ(“Viltrum”, “we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in Estonia. You can reach us at raian@aiside.ee.

2. The service

Viltrum is an AI chat interface over public company registers — the Estonian e-Business Register (RIK) and the U.S. SEC EDGAR system. You ask questions in plain language; Viltrum retrieves matching records and generates an answer that cites its sources.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use Viltrum. You must provide an accurate email address, keep your password confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Don't share your account or let others use it on your behalf without our agreement.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

  • Free tier — available at no cost, limited to five questions per day. The daily counter resets at 00:00 UTC.
  • Viltrum Pro — €29 per month, billed in advance through Stripe, with no daily question limit under normal, good-faith use. Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Renewal — Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • Cancellation — you can cancel any time from the Stripe Customer Portal linked in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then. We do not prorate or refund partial periods.

We may change our prices or plans. We will give reasonable notice of any change before it affects your renewals, and you may cancel if you do not accept it.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. Because Viltrum is digital content supplied immediately, by subscribing and starting to use Pro you ask us to begin the service at once and acknowledge that you lose this withdrawal right once the service has been fully provided for the period you paid for. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Acceptable use

When using Viltrum, you agree not to:

  • break the law, infringe others' rights, or use the service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or discrimination;
  • scrape, bulk-export, resell, or redistribute the service or its data in a way that competes with us or circumvents your plan limits;
  • attempt to access the service by automated means beyond the chat interface, probe or breach our security, or disrupt the service;
  • use the data about individuals (such as company officers) in violation of data-protection law.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.

7. Accuracy and no professional advice

Viltrum retrieves data from public registers and uses an AI model to summarise and answer questions. AI-generated answers can be incomplete or wrong, and source registers can contain errors or lag behind real-world events. Viltrum is a research aid, not a substitute for professional judgement.

Nothing in Viltrum is legal, financial, tax, investment, or compliance advice. For decisions that carry legal or financial weight — including KYC/KYB, due diligence, and regulatory filings — verify against the primary source records (which Viltrum cites) and consult a qualified professional.

8. Intellectual property

The Viltrum application, its design, and its software are owned by AISIDE OÜ. The underlying register data is published by RIK and the SEC and is subject to their own terms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business or research purposes while these terms are in force. Answers you generate are yours to use, subject to the rights in the source data.

9. Availability

We work to keep Viltrum available and reliable, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, perform maintenance, or impose reasonable rate limits to protect the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viltrum is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated answers or source data. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
